Clinique Sainte Thérèse has been in the news in recent weeks:
On 14 March 2019, Doctor Paul CHATEL welcomed the team from Le Quotidien to our premises to denounce the blackmail of abortion initiated by the SYNGOF (the main union of gynaecologists in France). Dr Chatel was"appalled by this press release", arguing that"we can't take patients for granted" and pointing out that doctors take an oath to"provide care to those who request it".

On 15 March 2019, the "Parents.fr" website reported on a method for protecting the perineum during childbirth using exercises carried out beforehand (use of the Epi-No balloon). Practitioners at the Clinique Sainte Thérèse, including Dr Paul CHATEL, offer this solution. For more information, click here.
On 18 March 2019, it was DH Magasine's turn to promote the practices of Clinique Sainte Thérèse, pointing out that the latter is :
- the benchmark for perineal protection
- an innovative structure in terms of the training of its teams in foetal monitoring analysis. Doctor Laurent PETIT is in charge of this project at the hospital, having himself received training in this technique in London. This "reasoned" analysis of the foetal rhythm allows a much more accurate interpretation of the foetal rhythm, improving the care given to patients and their babies. Doctor Laurent PETIT is"convinced of the value of this training in improving our daily practices" . In his opinion, "this way of interpreting rhythm will be the norm in the future, and here we have the chance to benefit from it as soon as possible" .
